AN ADVISE NOT TO IMPOSE A.P.C. CANDIDATE BY OSUN PROGRESSIVE PATRY

The Concerned Peaceful Movement (CPM) The Head Office,

Osogbo, Osun State,

Nigeria.

The President,

Federal Republic of Nigeria,

Aso Rock Villa,

Abuja, Nigeria.

Dear Sir,

AN ADVICE NOT TO MISCHOOSE OR IMPOSE THE WRONG CANDIDATE

We the above-mentioned group, wish to advice the leaders of the All-Progressive Party (APC) in Osun State in persons of:

Hon. Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, His Excellency, Adegboyega Oyetola,

Baba Chief Adebisi Akande,

Baba Akinwumi, Chairman Agba Osun,

Prof. Oluaina,

Hon. Sooko Tajudeen Lawal (APC Chairman, Osun),

And the others who are into selection of the APC governorship candidate in Osun State.

For peace to reign in Osun State, we hereby give our advice to you all not to impose or mis-choose Mr. Bolan Munirudeen Oyegbamiji, Babayemi Dotun, Sen. Iyiola Omisore, Benedict Alabi, as candidates on us because of your personal relationship together.

We implore you to face the reality of choosing the most integrity, a man of no bad records, a man of no blemish, a man who is loyal to the core, a man with a listening ear etc.

In other to avoid political division in the party due to wrong candidate.

Here are what can happen as we have looked from beginning to the end:

1. Division in the Party: should a wrong candidate like Bola Oyebamiji (A.K.A. Ambo) be chosen or imposed, the party will be divided into three in Osun State.

2. Bloodshed: Innocent Killing within the party members in Osun State.

3. Massive Voting against the imposed candidate just like the one we experienced during His Excellency Adegboyega Oyetola’s Second Term when our members collected money and everything and still voted His Excellency, Adegboyega Oyetola out by voting for another party.

4. Total Disorganization within the party in which the next presidential election will be affected just like the past presidential election in Osun State.

Reasons why we do not want wrong candidates:

A. Bola Oyebamiji:

1. It’s going to be repetition of same pattern because it’s the Hon. Min. Adegboyega Oyetola who wants to impose him on us, who is not a sellable candidate in the state.

2. He has been three (3) terms commissioner of finances in Osun during Gov. Rauf Adesoji Aregbesola and Adegboyega Oyetola, then also the just resigned NIWA MD/CEO because he is a loyalist of Adegboyega Oyetola alone.

3. Bola Oyebamiji did not offend anybody during his tenor in office but our concern is the people surrounding him during this campaign and even before, e.g. Adeleke Adebayo (Banik), Omowaye Remi, Timothy Owoeye, etc. because all of them has distributed the political positions under governors cabinet between themselves when Bola Oyebamiji has not become the Osun State Governor, these same people were the ones who destroyed, collapsed and embezzled the former governor Adegboyega Oyetola by every means physically, diabolically and others and up till now, they have not backed out. These people made the current Governor not to recognize or do the needful to the party that made him the Governor as at that time.

4. These Associates of Bola Oyebamiji has no good name or reputation within the party and the state and most likely if Bola Oyebamiji is given the ticket to contest for Governor under APC in Osun, there will be total disaster to the party and its members.

5. These Associates were also the ones who made us to lose the presidential, governorship, senate, Reps, House of Assembly and other important elections to other parties while projecting the election without a backup plan.

6. This Bola Oyebamiji has been using government funds to contest for long before he was compelled last two weeks to resign from MD/CEO NIWA; while others have been using their own personal hard-earned money to contest and do many empowerments for the people in the state.

ADVISE TO THE PRESIDENT, THE LEADERS OF THE PARTY, THE AGBA OSUNS AND THE CONCERNED ELDERS:

1. We should not fold our hands and loose Osun state governorship election to the opposition party.

2. We implore you to look for someone who has the charisma and capacity to lead the party to the promise land.

3. We need someone who can work hand in hand with the President’s Renewed Hope Agenda not like those people mentioned above.

4. The President should consider any of the aspirants who has been giving job employment and job creations all over.

5. The President and the concerned leaders must not succumb to any pressure or recommendation from the former Governor now the Minister of Marine and Blue Economy; Adegboyega Oyetola because the people we are contesting against are most powerful with our state recourses and they are wiser and knows how to use power more than the above-mentioned aspirants; Bola Oyebamiji and his colleagues.

6. We implore the President to use his powerful office to investigate, scrutinize and make personal contact to their various ward, local government and federal constituency to know who has integrity, good reputation, good names, listening ears, who is approachable, humble and transparent, who does not dance to the tunes of pressure anyhow, who is not weak in taking action, who pick calls on time, or responds to emergencies.

We hope that our active President and Concerned Leaders will not neglect or rubbish this holy advice because we care for your success in office as a silent achiever and a good game changer President.

Yours Sincerely,

The Concerned Peaceful Movement.

Electric cars

The Future of Transportation: Electric Cars Leading the Way

The automotive industry is undergoing a revolution, and at the forefront of this transformation are electric vehicles (EVs). As concerns about climate change, air pollution, and energy sustainability grow, electric cars have emerged as a promising solution to a cleaner and more efficient future.

Why Electric Cars?

Electric vehicles offer several advantages over traditional gasoline-powered cars. They produce zero tailpipe emissions, reducing air pollution and helping to combat global warming. Additionally, EVs are more energy-efficient, converting a higher percentage of energy from the battery to power the wheels compared to internal combustion engines.

Advancements in EV Technology

The rapid development of battery technology has significantly improved the performance and range of electric cars. Modern lithium-ion batteries offer greater energy density, allowing EVs to travel longer distances on a single charge. Charging infrastructure is also expanding, with fast-charging stations becoming more widely available, reducing range anxiety for drivers.

The Role of Governments and Automakers

Governments worldwide are playing a crucial role in promoting EV adoption by offering incentives such as tax credits, subsidies, and exemptions from tolls and congestion charges. Major automakers, including Tesla, Ford, Volkswagen, and Nissan, are investing heavily in EV research and development, introducing new models with innovative features and improved affordability.

Challenges Facing EV Adoption

Despite their benefits, electric cars face challenges that need to be addressed for widespread adoption. Battery production remains expensive, and charging infrastructure is still developing in some regions. Additionally, concerns about the environmental impact of battery disposal and raw material sourcing need to be tackled through recycling initiatives and sustainable mining practices.

The Future of Electric Cars

The future of electric vehicles looks promising as technology continues to evolve. Solid-state batteries, improved charging networks, and increased affordability will further accelerate the transition to EVs. With continued innovation and government support, electric cars are set to become the primary mode of transportation, leading us toward a cleaner and more sustainable world.

Are you ready to join the electric revolution? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below!
